Overview of YOOSE’s Services
YOOSE is a mobile advertising platform, specializing in location powered mobile ads. YOOSE’s Product combines data, technology, and strategy to help advertisers reach the audiences most likely to be interested in their products or services. In the simplest terms, YOOSE uses non-personal information about consumers and their behavior online to help select, target and serve advertising messages to potential audiences for its clients.
If you visit the mobile website or application of one of our network/platform members, that property will have its own policy and practices. Additionally, if you interact with or provide information through an ad, the privacy policy applicable to that third party property will apply. You will need to refer to the third party privacy policy for information about their data collection and use practices.

Data Collection and Use
YOOSE collects information from mobile devices using scripts, web beacons or similar techniques.  These technologies are used to track the online actions of consumers that visit the mobile websites and applications or interact with ads presented in mobile websites and applications of our 3rd party network partners. We also receive supplemental data from third parties.

This data can include the unique identifier of a user, as well as information about consumers’ site visits. If a user has allowed a website or application to collect the geo-location of their device, we may receive this information from the website or application provider. YOOSE uses this data in multiple ways to make ads more interesting. For instance we may use the user’s location to present ads from business closest to the user.

Data Sharing
YOOSE may share non-personally identifiable information with our affiliates, third party partners and agents to improve advertisement targeting, make and create offers, provide reporting to advertisers and clients, and to improve our systems and products. YOOSE may share data with third-party contractors and service providers who work on behalf of YOOSE under confidentiality agreements. YOOSE may disclose data in response to subpoenas, court orders, legal process, or to establish or exercise our legal rights and obligations or defend against legal claims. YOOSE may transfer data in the event of an acquisition by or merger with another company.
