Geo-fencing allows you to set a perimeter around a physical location in which display ads can be delivered. For geo-fencing ads, they may include creative messages acknowledging the user’s location or may include location-based features i.e. store locator.  Let say Chevrolet wants to attract customers to their dealership or has a new car model release.  Tom is walking down the street and he's browsing on his phone, and sees an ad for a new Chevrolet model release. He hits the get location on the rich media ad. Your shop shows 500 meters away from him and he uses the directions to get to your store.
